Effective June 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Engedi API, you agree to these terms.

2. Use

You may use the API to make requests for your own applications and integrate via MCP or HTTP. Display of returned data is permitted with attribution.

3. Restrictions

• No scraping or automated access outside the API
• No caching or redistribution of data for resale
• No circumventing rate limits or payment requirements
• No reverse engineering
• No use of data to train competing products or AI models
• No removal of attribution or watermarks

4. Payment

Paid endpoints are billed per call via USDC on supported blockchains through the x402 protocol. All sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

All API data, code, and documentation are proprietary to Engedi. No license to copy, modify, or distribute is granted.

6. Availability

The API is provided as-is with no uptime guarantee. We may modify or discontinue endpoints at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Engedi is not liable for any damages arising from use of the API. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
