PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE: This API and all associated data, code, and documentation are proprietary to Engedi. Unauthorized use, copying, redistribution, or training on this data is strictly prohibited.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Engedi API, you agree to these Terms.
2. License
Proprietary software. No license to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer. All rights reserved.
3. Permitted Use
- Make API calls for your own applications
- Integrate via MCP server or HTTP API
- Display data returned by the Service with attribution
4. Prohibited Use
- Scrape or use automated means outside the API
- Cache or redistribute data for resale
- Circumvent rate limits or payment requirements
- Reverse engineer the Service
- Use to train competing products or AI models
- Remove or obscure attribution or watermarks
- Share API access with unauthorized third parties
5. Payment
API calls paid via USDC on supported blockchains via x402 protocol. All sales final.
6. Intellectual Property
All responses include X-Engedi-Watermark and X-Engedi-Fingerprint headers for tracking. Removal of these headers is a violation of these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ENGEDI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
